Staying safe at Lily’s Boutique – COVID-19

 

We are all super-excited to see new and existing customers - let's stay safe though......

• We are operating an Appointment-Only service. We will call you the day before your appointment to check you are still well enough to attend, and if you have had any symptoms over the last 7 Days (or indeed anyone else you live with has had symptoms) we will need to re-arrange your appointment.

 

• Please do not arrive early and where possible let us know if you are running late – please call us when you arrive on 01246 959132 and please wait in your car or outside, please don’t bring any unnecessary personal belongings in with you.

 

• Only 4 people in any party please – we must observe Social Distancing and therefore staff will also be at a minimum.

  

• On arrival we will ask you to wash your hands and use hand sanitizers which will be available throughout the appointment.

 

• Please wear a mask when you enter the building – we will provide one if you do not have your own.

 

• We will be wearing a mask or visor and gloves throughout the appointment.

 

• We will be offering refreshments in disposable paper cups – we are sure you will enjoy your time with us as we will be creating new “fun memories” to share in years to come 😊.

 

• After trying on new dresses we will steam them and they have to remain in a Quarantine area for 24 hours before they can be tried on again – also your own dress must also be quarantined before we can allow our seamstress to carry out any alterations.  All of these points are being observed to keep you and us safe.

 

• This isn’t an exhaustive list, as our staff will be performing many additional tasks “behind the scenes” to keep us all safe.
